  4. This  is  a  utility program for genealogists
  5. who use the Personal Ancestral File (PAF). It
  6. allows  PAF data to be split,  creating a new
  7. subset of the original data.   It also allows
  8. altering  of NAMES and will list all RINs and
  9. MRINs where a PAF NAME is referenced.
